DOMESTIC SHIPPING

theacademynewyork.com offers standard usps shipping within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders expedited (2-3 day) or next-day shipping, are available for an additional charge upon request to info@theacademynewyork.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

theacademynewyork.com offers international express shipping. All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. These fees can be estimated and pre-paid during checkout to avoid clearance issues on import. Should you need more information before check-out please contact theacademynewyork.com at info@theacademynewyork.com.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at info@theacademynewyork.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier.

RETURN POLICY

theacademynewyork.com accepts returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged full-price items within 14-days of the item's ship date, provided that all original tags are attached and it’s in its original packaging. Sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Store credits are valid for up to one-year from the issue date.

For domestic and international returns please email info@theacademynewyork.com to request to receive a return label. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. No need to include any paperwork or request an RA#. Refunds will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, only once the item is received and identified as in its original condition.
